Founded by Dr. Valerie Maxsam, PsyD, MEW was born from a heart that understands what it means to feel worn out, overwhelmed, and unsure of what’s next. We’re here for people, especially women, who are recovering from burnout, navigating emotional fatigue, or simply ready to reconnect with their joy and calling.
